Choose a rhythm for the day. Pick a song or make a click in your mind that you can breathe to, move to, walk to, sing to and feel with.
Set an intention for your day. Dream a little dream everyday.
Say good morning/evening/night to any plant, creature, element that guides your attention.
High five your intuition.
Make stuff: deep breaths, breakfast, meaningful conversations, mindful texts, your bed, dance move, funny sounds with your nose, declarations, nonsense poetry, scribbles on a tissue, new words, new worlds, art, love.
Embody the powerful creator that you are.
