Catch the sunset with an evening ritual: #. Catch up with a friend / fellow artist / family member. #2 Take yourself or a pet doggo for a walk. #3. Wrap up overdue projects after you acknowledge the evening sky.
Stay indoors after sundown if possible.
Think about what tomorrow would be like before you snooze.
