  • On waking, think of what you were thinking of just before you woke up.

  • Choose a rhythm for the day. Pick a song or make a click in your mind that you can breathe to, move to, walk to, sing to and feel with.

  • Set an intention for your day. Dream a little dream everyday.

  • Say good morning/evening/night to any plant, creature, element that guides your attention.

  • High five your intuition.

  • Make stuff: deep breaths, breakfast, meaningful conversations, mindful texts, your bed, dance move, funny sounds with your nose, declarations, nonsense poetry, scribbles on a tissue, new words, new worlds, art, love.

  • Embody the powerful creator that you are.

  • Smoking: To relearn how to breathe.

  • Sweet Tooth: To take it easy on the fizzy stuff, the mishti and granulated sugar.

  • Nerd Neck & Sciatica: To slouch less, stretch more... to take more breaks from screentime.

  • Lack of Sunshine: To seek more under-sky time... to grow more gardens.

  • Lazy for Meal Prep: To eat out less... to be okay when cook attempts go bad.

  • Take a walk. Maybe it drizzles. Look at the under-tops of trees. Pick fallen flowers still intact. Take your shoes off on the grass. Drink from a coconut. High-five a tree trunk. Imagine a shape of your choice in a cloud above. Come to believe that it means something special.

  • Sing. Bathroom or otherwise. Karaoke? Headphones on in speeding traffic so that no one can really understand you. Pick a song. Don't google the lyrics. Begin with a hum. Recall the melody. Throw in some emotion. The music makes itself.

  • Look at colour. At paintings, film, a photography, look at art. Look into people's eyes. Look at your fingertips. Look for sweet sounding words. Look at for a smiling face. Look into a deep thought. Look for yourself.

  • Make love. And art. Nothing more. Nothing less.

  • Breathe. Be present. Be free.
